These projects begin with a defined business need. BCI confirms the scope, access, evidence and human review points before anything is built or connected.
A website. A visual identity. A film. Start with a clear brief, then agree the deliverables and review the direction together.
Scope and availability are confirmed before work begins. No account or payment is needed to plan. Direct submission appears only when BCI's first-party intake is connected and you explicitly consent and send.
BCI / CONCEPT EXAMPLE
From possibility to a plan.
Project planning / Bring the brief and deliverables into view.. Concept example, not commissioned client work.
One project. Multiple abilities.
Plan related work together instead of assembling disconnected deliverables. The examples below are combinations to scope, not prepaid bundles or activated systems.
Research + campaign + landing page + storyboard + video and advertising scope
Connect a trade business
Website + service pages + project gallery + intake + proposal and project documentation
See it before we build it.
Review the direction page by page, scene by scene or step by step. Storyboards can clarify websites, landing pages, advertising, films, product launches, customer journeys, applications and workflows before production scope is agreed.
Each choice prepares a brief for human review. It does not run agents, render media, contact a customer or publish anything.
Plan recurring work
Start with one useful result. Recurring creative work, reporting or a company workflow can be discussed afterwards. Scope, usage limits, provider costs and pricing are agreed separately; there is no subscription checkout here.
Hire help
Discuss an agreed project with BCI. Marketplace matching and hiring are a later stage, still in development; a planning brief is not a booking.
Find work
The BCI marketplace is in development. No live jobs or applications are available here. Paid BCI tools will not be required to apply.

ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE - NOT A CLIENT RESULT
Goal
Explain a local repair business and help visitors request a quote.
Deliverables to agree
A homepage, service descriptions, and a contact section.
Completion to review
Approved facts and copy, phone-friendly pages, tested navigation, and a documented handoff. Hosting and contact delivery are agreed separately.
You see the direction, give your feedback and approve the next step. Progress should be easy to understand.
01
Brief
Your goal, audience and materials. We define the deliverables and what a useful result looks like.
02
Direction
Review the page, identity or storyboard before production. Choose what belongs and what needs refining.
03
Build & refine
See the work take shape. We check the details and make the agreed revisions.
04

THE BCI STORY
Creative work across industries. Practical experience behind it.
Baraxia Creations International is Timothy Gleason's creative and technology venture. We bring deliberate design and useful tools to the same table, with the person behind the business in control.
Timothy brings more than 20 years of experience in plumbing, industrial pipefitting and welding, along with experience as the former owner of a spray foam insulation company in Naples, Florida.
Founded by a tradesman and former business owner with 20+ years of hands-on experience.
That background informs a practical approach: understand the job, make the scope clear, keep the important details together and build around the people who have to use the result. BCI applies that perspective to websites, creative services and business workflows for businesses across industries, with specialist experience in contractor and trade workflows.
Less admin. Clearer priorities. More time to grow your business.
BCI's Living Compound is a business workspace in development, designed to bring your enquiries, estimates, follow-ups and daily work into one branded Command Center. The goal is to reduce repeated admin, keep important work from being missed and help you see what needs your attention, while you stay in control.
A workspace shaped around your business. A client view can be scoped around its logo, colors, typography, imagery, navigation and agreed modules. BCI's Roman direction is one visual example. The system concept is intended to adapt to different service industries without pretending every business works the same way.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE DAY-TO-DAY FLOW
01
Organize the request
Bring the permitted details from an incoming enquiry into one reviewable place.
02
Prepare the draft
Structure an estimate, proposal or next-step draft for a person to check.
03
Surface the follow-up
Keep the agreed callback, question or approval from disappearing into another inbox.
04
Review the decisions
See pending items together, adjust the work and decide what is ready to move.
Illustrative workflow only. No automatic authority or connected customer environment is represented.
Command Center design previews
Current design previews, shown with the status recorded in each source capture. Controls and labels are visual evidence only; no live customer integrations or operational availability are claimed.

PRACTICAL TOOLS / BUILT AROUND HUMAN REVIEW
From the first call. To the job handoff.
BCI is developing practical office tools for service businesses across industries, with specialist contractor and trade workflows. Availability, provider compatibility and permissions are confirmed before anything is connected.
LYDIA / COMING SOON
Your office. Organized around the work.
Lydia is BCI's office manager in development, designed to turn incoming requests into organized work and review-ready drafts. For contractors, field-service teams, agencies and other service businesses, the goal is clearer handoffs, easier review and less repeated administration.
Structure inquiries around service needs, urgency, service area and contact references.
Keep drafts and supporting records together for owner review.
Show missing budget or decision-maker information as unknown instead of filling the gaps.
Earlier scoped development covered desktop and phone draft-review journeys.
Carry useful context toward planned research and estimating handoffs.
Coming soon. Earlier development covered bounded intake and draft workflows; that is not current operational availability. Production connections, provider setup and the full inquiry-to-proposal workflow are still in development, with no release date or unattended authority promised.
BCI Estimator is being developed for construction and project-based trades, bringing project details, quantities, pricing evidence and versioned estimates into one reviewable workflow.
Organize quantities, labor and material inputs, allowances, alternates and adjustments.
Prepare versioned, printable customer proposals while keeping internal costs separate.
Hold missing, stale or unsupported requirements for review alongside source and pricing evidence.
Track scope revisions, actual costs, commitments and remaining-cost forecasts.
Build on development-tested carpentry installation packs, plumbing field-discovery records and general-contractor revision and forecast workflows.
In development. Full integration, deployment and the Lydia connection are still in progress. It does not promise automatic blueprint takeoff, live supplier prices, guaranteed accuracy or autonomous bid submission.
A planned add-on can be scoped to send a branded response, ask approved service and location questions, set callback expectations and route the next step.
Business-hours wording and human callback or routing expectations.
Communication history and follow-up tasks where the approved provider supports them.
Consent-aware templates and a visible handoff to the business.
Not active today. Provider compatibility, messaging permission, configuration and end-to-end testing are required before activation.
The approved pilot begins with a focused website for one non-regulated, single-location service business. Care is optional. Further operating services need their own assessment and acceptance.
Scope and availability require confirmation before work begins. These are approved pilot prices, not instant activation, a completed service or a signed customer agreement.
DEFINED WEBSITE PROJECT
Website Launch
$1,500 once
$750 after scope approval; $750 after acceptance and before separately authorized publication.
A focused website with a clear brief, useful pages and a documented handoff.
Up to five pages with mobile layouts and approved copy and assets.
Page titles and descriptions; one inquiry form routed to an approved destination; click-to-call.
Basic measurement setup, two consolidated revision rounds and handoff documentation.
Thirty days of contracted-defect correction against the agreed scope.
Keep an accepted website maintained, recoverable and checked.
Hosting administration and availability/certificate monitoring.
Stack-appropriate maintenance and recoverable backups or versioned deployment recovery.
Monthly inquiry-form check and up to 30 minutes of content changes.
Monthly health report with completed work, incidents and outstanding risks.
Scope limits and acceptance
Business-hours support; not 24/7 human response or unlimited redesign.
Acceptance: Named operator and support window, demonstrated recovery, a dated maintenance record, form-delivery test and update log.
When to discuss the next stage
Consider Lead Operations when five legitimate inquiries miss the agreed meaningful-response window during a 30-day review, OR the owner documents three hours per week logging inquiries and follow-up.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
A three-question planning check. No contact details required; nothing is sent or stored.
COMMON STARTING POINT
Scattered information. Unclear next steps.
Inquiries across inboxes, manual reminders and disconnected records can make work harder to track.
TARGET WORKFLOW · NOT A MEASURED RESULT
Clear ownership. Reviewed actions.
A defined place for requests, assigned follow-up and agreed integrations, with your team in control. Exact functionality depends on scope and readiness.
