START WITH A WEBSITE. ADD ONLY WHAT HELPS.
One useful project.
A clear path forward.
The approved pilot begins with a focused website for one non-regulated, single-location service business. Care is optional. Further operating services need their own assessment and acceptance.
DEFINED WEBSITE PROJECT
Website Launch
$1,500 once
$750 after scope approval; $750 after acceptance and before separately authorized publication.
A focused website with a clear brief, useful pages and a documented handoff.
- Up to five pages with mobile layouts and approved copy and assets.
- Page titles and descriptions; one inquiry form routed to an approved destination; click-to-call.
- Basic measurement setup, two consolidated revision rounds and handoff documentation.
- Thirty days of contracted-defect correction against the agreed scope.
Scope limits and acceptance
Excludes e-commerce, custom portals, complex migrations, autonomous reception and paid advertising.
Domain and hosting costs are disclosed separately.
Acceptance: Working pages, verified inquiry delivery to the intended recipient, approved content and usable handoff.
When to discuss the next stage
Consider optional Care only when the client explicitly delegates ongoing maintenance.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
Discuss Website Launch →OPTIONAL OPERATING SERVICE
Website Care
$149/month total
Keep an accepted website maintained, recoverable and checked.
- Hosting administration and availability/certificate monitoring.
- Stack-appropriate maintenance and recoverable backups or versioned deployment recovery.
- Monthly inquiry-form check and up to 30 minutes of content changes.
- Monthly health report with completed work, incidents and outstanding risks.
Scope limits and acceptance
Business-hours support; not 24/7 human response or unlimited redesign.
Acceptance: Named operator and support window, demonstrated recovery, a dated maintenance record, form-delivery test and update log.
When to discuss the next stage
Consider Lead Operations when five legitimate inquiries miss the agreed meaningful-response window during a 30-day review, OR the owner documents three hours per week logging inquiries and follow-up.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
Discuss Website Care →OPTIONAL OPERATING SERVICE
Lead Operations
$399/month total
$400 one-time onboarding
Organize inquiries, assignments and follow-up with accountable human review.
- Everything in Care, with one pipeline and approved acknowledgment.
- Assignment and follow-up tasks, an overdue queue and two defined workflows.
- Monthly response, lead and booking reporting.
- Sixty minutes of website changes replaces the lower 30-minute allowance.
Scope limits and acceptance
Not a human sales team.
An automated acknowledgment is not a meaningful sales response.
Reduce onboarding for accepted configuration that remains reusable.
Acceptance: Accepted pipeline and two workflows, consent, response/overdue tracking, failure/escalation handling and monthly operating report.
When to discuss the next stage
Consider Business Operations when three repeatable administrative processes across two systems consume approximately five or more hours per week and the owner approves the exact processes.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
Discuss Lead Operations →OPTIONAL OPERATING SERVICE
Business Operations
$799/month total
$750 one-time onboarding
Connect a defined set of recurring administrative processes.
- Everything in Lead Operations plus three workflows, for five total.
- Appointment confirmation/reminders; follow-up on owner-approved estimates; post-job feedback.
- One calendar and up to two external integrations.
- Weekly exceptions and a monthly improvement review.
Scope limits and acceptance
Unsupported or bespoke integrations require separate scope.
Only owner-approved estimates and approved actions enter a workflow.
Acceptance: Five scoped workflows, named owners, approved access/actions, retry/exception handling, stop conditions and client acceptance.
When to discuss the next stage
Consider Growth only with spare delivery capacity, reliable inquiry handling, a clear offer and objective, working measurement and an approved acquisition budget.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
Discuss Business Operations →OPTIONAL OPERATING SERVICE
Growth
$1,499/month total
$750 one-time onboarding
Develop one measurable monthly campaign around one service or offer.
- Everything in Business Operations plus one monthly campaign for one service/offer.
- One landing-page improvement, two videos up to 30 seconds using approved footage or licensed assets, and two static variants.
- One approved-audience email campaign and monthly review.
- One consolidated creative revision round.
Scope limits and acceptance
Ad spend is excluded. One paid-channel management option needs separate activation, content, tracking and spending approval.
Complex Super Higgs productions, filming, custom avatars and bespoke campaigns require separate quotes.
Acceptance: Approved assets/audience, functioning measurement, reviewed deliverables, defined revisions and evidence-backed campaign review.
When to discuss the next stage
Any further addition requires its own justified scope; no automatic upgrade.
A trigger permits a recommendation, never automatic enrollment or charging.
Discuss Growth →Clear terms. No forced upgrades.
One monthly fee, not stacked subscriptions
The higher monthly fee replaces the lower tier. Care to Lead adds $250; Lead to Operations adds $400; Operations to Growth adds $700. The Website Launch project fee is separate. Customers may stay at any tier or enter the appropriate tier after assessment.
No repeat charges for reusable setup
Reduce onboarding for accepted reusable configuration. Do not charge again for configuration that remains accepted and reusable.
A trigger starts a discussion, not a charge
Every upgrade needs documented need, a value case with assumptions and all costs, end-to-end accepted delivery, and explicit approval of scope, fees, usage ceiling, start date, cancellation and activation. Added recurring billing starts only after service acceptance and authorized billing start.
Pilot screening, not sales guarantees
Two business hours is an example meaningful-response window, not a universal promise. Automated acknowledgments do not count as meaningful sales responses. Growth review targets 90% timely meaningful responses over at least 20 legitimate inquiries; smaller samples must disclose uncertainty. These are pilot rules, not industry standards or guaranteed outcomes.
Optional reviews, not automatic upgrades
Reviews around days 21, 45 and 60-90 are opportunities to assess fit. They do not authorize enrollment, increased fees, provider activation or spending.
External costs and communication consent
Domain, hosting, CRM, messaging, voice, model, storage, API and advertising costs and billing units are disclosed before approval. Messaging consent/opt-out, calling/recording and provider/account activation are separate requirements.
Defined workflows and honest assistant claims
Every workflow needs a named owner, start, approved actions, failure route and stop condition. Lydia is an interface only when the relevant functions pass acceptance; her name does not imply an accepted AI receptionist.
Month-to-month exit and client ownership
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The client retains the domain, supplied content, business data and the agreed portable website deliverable or continuing license. BCI retains reusable code/platform subject to the contract and third-party licenses.
Care is optional
Declining Care must not disable the paid website or contracted inquiry function. Included contracted-defect correction cannot become a forced upsell.
Scope, economics and payment evidence
Validate delivery economics before a sale. Altered scope or price requires its own agreement. Inquiries, qualified leads, appointments, accepted estimates and verified payments are separate. Revenue requires verified payment; an approved price is not a sale.
