AI Assistants & Business Automation / PLAN THE RESULT. AGREE THE SCOPE.
Practical assistance, with the business still in control.
Explore a bounded assistant or workflow for intake, draft preparation, office organization or another repeatable task. Lydia is coming soon; production connections, permissions and human handoff remain part of every scope.
Scope and availability are confirmed before work begins. Your brief stays on this device until a verified enquiry route is connected.

Project concept
Automation / Organize the handoff and keep review visible.. Concept example, not commissioned client work.
THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Who this helps
- Service businesses repeating customer communication, document, research or intake tasks.
- Owners improving office coordination without giving a system unchecked authority.
MAKE THE RESULT CLEAR
What your project can include
BCI can help with a scoped project. We confirm deliverables, timing and availability before you commit.
- A map of the task, inputs and responsible people.
- A proposed assistant or workflow with review gates, uncertainty handling and a human handoff.
- A bounded prototype using approved examples.
- Testing notes, limitations and a separate provider or integration plan.
Illustrative project, not a client result
Picture one useful project.
The starting point
A service business wants one enquiry form to gather approved contact, service, location and scheduling details.
The proposed result
A prototype organizes the answers and prepares a routing suggestion for a staff member to review. It does not promise that Lydia is released, contact a customer without configured permission or change a business record by itself.
Know what you are agreeing to.
What belongs in the agreed scope
- A written brief and agreed deliverable list.
- A visual or working draft with defined review points.
- Handoff notes, acceptance requirements and confirmed file formats.
What needs a separate decision
- Provider access and production bindings require separate permission.
- Publishing, paid services and external costs are agreed before action.
- Maintenance and expanded scope are not included automatically.
- Live model/provider connections and company information require verified permission and bindings.
GOOD QUESTIONS / CLEAR ANSWERS
Before we begin
Will it act on everything automatically?
No. Permissions, refusal behavior and human review are part of the agreed workflow.
Is the whole Living Compound available?
It is in development. A scoped prototype is not a deployed Compound or a ready-made integration.
What is Lydia intended to help with?
Lydia is BCI's coming-soon office manager in development. Earlier scoped development covered structuring service needs, urgency, service area and contact references; keeping supporting records with review-ready drafts; and showing missing budget or decision-maker details as unknown. That historical work is not current operational availability. Production connections and the full inquiry-to-proposal workflow are still in development.
What should I bring to the first discussion?
Bring one repeated task, its current steps, the people and systems involved, approved sample inputs, the decision owner, common exceptions and the access that may be permitted. Do not include credentials or private customer records in the planning brief.
See the idea before production.
A storyboard, page plan or workflow map makes a proposed result easier to review. The artwork here illustrates a visual direction; it is not a completed client project.
