PERSONAL PROOF OF CONCEPT · IN DEVELOPMENT
Less scattered work. More control.
BCI is completing its personal Living Compound as the first proof of concept. Explore the intended intake, coordination and owner-review process while the complete working demonstration is still to be proven.

Project concept
Living Compound / A connected workspace concept.. Concept example, not commissioned client work.
THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Who this helps
- Teams repeating document, research or intake tasks.
- Owners improving coordination without uncontrolled automation.
MAKE THE RESULT CLEAR
What we are exploring
These are design and discovery concepts, not an activated customer platform.
- A discovery map of company processes and responsibilities.
- A proposed shared Core, industry configuration and optional tools.
- Illustrative owner views and a decision/review workflow.
- An outcome-learning plan using explicitly permitted inputs.
Illustrative concept, not a deployed customer system
Picture one useful project.
The starting point
BCI is completing its personal Compound and needs to prove a clear enquiry-to-owner-decision cycle.
The proposed result
A proposed test connects an approved brief, an owner-reviewed next step and a recorded outcome. A complete working demonstration is still to be proven; no live customer metrics are claimed.
Know what you are agreeing to.
What belongs in the agreed scope
- A written brief and agreed deliverable list.
- A visual or working draft with defined review points.
- Handoff notes, acceptance requirements and confirmed file formats.
What needs a separate decision
- Provider access and production bindings require separate permission.
- Publishing, paid services and external costs are agreed before action.
- Maintenance and expanded scope are not included automatically.
- Live model/provider connections and company information require verified permission and bindings.
GOOD QUESTIONS / CLEAR ANSWERS
Before we begin
Is the complete platform deployed?
No. BCI is completing its personal proof of concept first. A complete working demonstration and any later customer connections must be verified before they are described as available.
Does learning mean hidden model training?
No hidden model-training permission is implied. The design concerns reviewed process and outcome lessons from agreed inputs.
Does it guarantee business growth?
No. It is intended to support understanding and decisions; results depend on evidence, action and circumstances.
What we can explore together
- Map incoming requests and responsibilities
- Explore office, estimating and follow-up tools
- Define review gates and permissions
- Record outcomes and review useful lessons
The Living Compound is a developing platform. Illustrations are concepts, not live customer dashboards or verified production integrations. Consequential decisions remain with the owner; no automatic cuts, repricing or guaranteed growth are promised.
Work in view.
The Public Site is the customer-facing front door. The Owner Dashboard brings approved work into one view. Scoreboard, Heat Map and Best Sellers are prototype visibility concepts for supported patterns and what sold; they are not proof of profit.
Items needing a decision.
The Owner Decision Queue collects pending decisions. Needs Review flags missing evidence or a choice waiting for attention. Pressure Points highlights recurring delays, rework or cost concerns. Next Bets prepares experiments for the owner to assess.
Evidence and learning.
The Learning Log preserves reviewed lessons. Compliance Gate and Trust Shield describe review conditions and visible safeguards. They are not guarantees of legal compliance or security.
Approved signals. Reviewed findings. Owner decisions.
The developing nervous system is intended to bring permitted inquiries, work records and outcomes into business review. An illustrative flow starts with a request, organizes the relevant details, proposes a next step and waits for the responsible person’s decision. A later review examines what happened. Data access, financial evidence and each connection must be agreed; this is not unrestricted monitoring or unchecked automatic learning.
Your industry changes the working context.
The seven defined prototype bundles cover general contracting, handyman, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, AI and technology services, and regenerative healthcare administration/education. Broader creative and website services welcome other industries; law, retail, hospitality and other Compound configurations remain discovery work, not ready-made bundles.
Add tools when they fit the problem.
Lydia is a coming-soon office manager in development for structured inquiries, review-ready drafts, supporting records and visible missing information. BCI Estimator is in development for quantities, labor and material inputs, evidence, revisions, forecasts and versioned proposals. Their full integration and connection to each other are still in progress. Missed Call Text Back is a planned add-on, not an active integration. Provider compatibility, messaging permission, business-approved access, configuration and end-to-end testing are required before activation. Pocket Foreman, Scheduling and Patient Education Studio remain separately scoped developing concepts.
A unified view, adapted to the client brand.
The Command Center is the developing place intended to bring active work, review items, approved documents and human decision points into view. A client-facing presentation can use the client’s logo, colors, typography and agreed navigation while remaining one connected system. The Roman BCI treatment is a design direction, not a separate backend or a claim that customer integrations are live.
Questions before we begin
Can the system act on every recommendation?
No. Findings and proposed next steps do not grant execution authority. Permissions, owner review and the scope of each connection determine what can happen.
Are these tools ready to activate?
The Core and industry definitions are prototypes; the five add-ons are planned. Readiness, compatibility, access and pricing need individual confirmation.
Contact booking is not connected. The local brief remains on this device unless BCI’s first-party intake reports ready and you explicitly send it.
