CREATIVE PROJECTS SCOPED INDIVIDUALLY · AUTOMATION IN DEVELOPMENT
One message, the needed formats and a clear destination.

Project concept

THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Who this helps
- Businesses introducing a service, offer or product.
- Teams whose advertising and landing page feel disconnected.
MAKE THE RESULT CLEAR
What your project can include
BCI can help with a scoped project. We confirm deliverables, timing and availability before you commit.
- An audience and message brief.
- Campaign hooks, copy and visual concept boards.
- Proposed ad, social and landing-page formats.
- Review notes and agreed deliverables for the confirmed production path.
Illustrative project, not a client result
Picture one useful project.
The starting point
A company is introducing one new service and needs a coherent creative direction.
The proposed result
An illustrative message, sample creative and page outline; no live campaign or customer result is implied.
Know what you are agreeing to.
What belongs in the agreed scope
- A written brief and agreed deliverable list.
- A visual or working draft with defined review points.
- Handoff notes, acceptance requirements and confirmed file formats.
What needs a separate decision
- Provider access and production bindings require separate permission.
- Publishing, paid services and external costs are agreed before action.
- Maintenance and expanded scope are not included automatically.
- Advertising spend, platform access and campaign execution are separate.
GOOD QUESTIONS / CLEAR ANSWERS
Before we begin
Is this only automated follow-up?
No. Concepts, copy and visual direction are project work. Automation remains separately scoped and developing.
Does choosing a concept launch ads?
No. Media buying, account access, publishing and spend require separate agreement and authorization.
What should I bring to the first discussion?
Bring the offer, audience, campaign destination, dates, intended channels, brand assets and any claims that need evidence. Include a budget only if media placement is part of the discussion. The brief stays local until you explicitly send it.
What we can explore together
- Campaign concepts, branded graphics and advertising copy
- Service promotions, product introductions and landing pages
- Scripts, storyboards, explainers and short-form video concepts
- Review-led creative development and separately scoped production
Publishing, media buying, account connections and advertising spend remain separately scoped and authorized. No campaign is launched here. Production deliverables must be confirmed; no guaranteed leads, sales or ranking gains are implied.
Build the message around the business.
Start with the audience, the offering and the reason it deserves attention. Carry the company’s identity through the visual direction, advertising copy and destination page. An illustrative project might connect a new service announcement with campaign artwork and a landing page explaining the next step. Deliverables and production capability are confirmed individually.
Film, video and motion—with a clear story.
Explore commercials, explainers, film concepts and short-form content through scripts, storyboards and motion direction. Define the message, intended format and review process before confirming production, rendering or editing deliverables. A storyboard or concept is not a promise of a finished production service or an automatically published video.
Creative first. Connected follow-up where useful.
Approved response templates, consent-aware follow-up and campaign measurement can be explored alongside the creative work. Compatible Scheduling or Missed Call Text Back add-ons may support a later workflow when available, but both are planned and not active in the Compound. Automation and provider connections are separate from the creative project.
Questions before we begin
Is BCI only offering automated follow-ups?
No. Advertising concepts, campaign artwork, branded graphics, copy, landing pages and film/video concepts are project areas in their own right. Automation is a developing, separately scoped capability.
Does this authorize spending or publishing?
No. Media budgets, account access, publishing and provider activation each require agreed scope and explicit authorization.
Contact booking is not connected. The local brief remains on this device unless BCI’s first-party intake reports ready and you explicitly send it.
